As Director of Business Development at Verita, Catherine leads strategic growth initiatives, driving client engagement, market expansion, and long-term partnerships across global markets. She collaborates with corporations, law firms, funders, and enterprise clients to align business objectives with innovative solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Catherine brings deep expertise in full-cycle sales, strategic account development, and go-to-market strategy. Her career spans industries, including Aerospace, Martech, Legal Tech, and Research. She has successfully built business development processes from the ground up, expanded outreach into new markets, and partnered with executives worldwide to accelerate the adoption of emerging technologies and services.

Known for her ability to foster high-impact relationships and integrate marketing with sales strategy, Catherine is recognized as a trusted advisor who helps organizations achieve sustainable growth. She is passionate about combining strategic insight, innovation, and client success in every engagement.

Catherine is currently completing her MBA at Stony Brook University, building on her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Queens College.

As Senior Vice President of Global Class Action Business Development, Greg leads Verita’s business development strategy, oversees the worldwide sales team and is responsible for client engagement and experience.

Greg is a trusted advisor to clients across the globe including corporations, law firms, litigation funders and governmental entities. He provides expert guidance on the design and implementation of claims management, settlement administration and remediations across a wide range of matters. Greg has played a key role in many of the largest and most complex US based settlement administrations in the past decade involving data privacy, antitrust, automotive, financial services, securities and other consumer matters.

Known for delivering innovative and cost-effective administrative solutions, Greg is a go-to resource for leading class action and collective redress lawyers across the US, UK and EU, helping them address and navigate complicated claims management, administration and payment issues. Greg has worked extensively with large financial institutions, insurance companies, automotive OEMs, tech firms, manufacturers and other consumer product and service companies to design and deliver simple and efficient administration processes.

As a seasoned speaker, he has presented on claims management, settlement administration and related issues at top industry conferences in the US, UK and EU.

Greg received his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Yeshiva University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and is a former commercial litigator.

As a Director of Class Actions, Niamh leads Verita’s EMEA operations, which includes overseeing all aspects of the daily operations for several of the most complex opt-out class action claims and settlements in the UK.

Niamh works closely with clients to effectively manage claims data, claimant communications, and distribution procedures, with the goal of optimising class members’ participation throughout the claim. Niamh has crafted several tailored administration plans and advises clients on the development of sustainable, cost-effective, and efficient processes, including the deployment of technology and AI-powered solutions.

Niamh’s previous work includes managing several multidisciplinary teams, including experienced solicitors, to produce the Final Report of the Infected Blood Inquiry in the UK.

Niamh graduated from High Point University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Niamh completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University and the Bar Practice Course at the University of Law. She also holds a Master of Laws in Bar Practice (LLM) from the University of Law. Niamh is Called to the Bar in England and Wales and is a member of The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple.

As Managing Director, Michael leads the claims and noticing processes for Verita’s corporate restructuring engagements across diverse industries, including retail, energy, and manufacturing.

With nearly two decades of claims and noticing experience, Michael has overseen the day-to-day case management of numerous restructuring cases, including the City of Detroit, Eddie Bauer, Speedcast International, and Westinghouse Electric Company. He supervises all aspects of the bankruptcy process, including noticing, claims administration, preparation of SOFAs and Schedules, solicitation, and distribution of funds to creditors.

Michael is a member of Verita’s User Acceptance Team (UAT), contributing to the development and ongoing enhancement of the company’s technology systems. In addition, he creates training materials for Verita’s internal education program, including advanced Excel courses.

Michael received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and an LL.M. in Estate Planning with honors from Golden Gate University. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Economics and Psychology from the University of Michigan.

As returning CEO, Bryan drives strategic planning and key growth initiatives for Verita, a market leader in claims administration support services. Bryan’s leadership style builds upon the company’s responsive services approach, industry expertise, and innovative technologies.

He is committed to fostering client satisfaction through long-term and trust-based relationships, an approach that he has cultivated over his 30-year career in the financial and securities industries.

Prior to Verita, Bryan was the Executive Vice President of Computershare’s M&A Strategy group, growing Computershare’s US-based business units through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. Notably, Bryan led the acquisition teams for KCC and Specialized Loan Servicing, where he served as CEO of both. In addition, he led the acquisition teams for many other Computershare companies. He has held several business development, leadership, and board positions, responsible for the financial and operational performance of various business units.

Bryan earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Delaware and is involved with several charities and foundations, including KEEN-NY and The Marfan Foundation.

As President, Gerry leads Verita’s Corporate Restructuring, Class Action, Mass Tort and Trustee & Fiduciary Services. He brings more than two decades of strategic oversight and financial operations expertise to the business. Over the years, he has fostered strategic relationships with major financial institutions to bring alternative financial solutions to clients.

Gerry joined KCC as the Chief Financial Officer in 2009, after serving as the US Controller at Computershare for nearly 10 years. He previously held financial leadership roles with the Irish Dairy Board and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Additionally, Gerry led the expansion into new areas such as Escrows and eDiscovery.

Gerry earned a Masters in Business Studies from Dublin City University, where he also completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance. He is a Chartered Accountant.

As Executive Vice President of Class Action Services, Dan oversees the management of Verita’s consumer and antitrust settlements. He has personally managed several hundred class action cases of all types and sizes. Dan has appeared as an expert panelist, speaking on claims administration issues on numerous CLE panels, various legal and government organizations, and internationally, before multinational financial entities.

Prior to Verita, Dan served as a Deputy District Attorney in Alameda County for 14 years. He has tried more than one hundred cases to verdict, including in excess of 40 jury trials. Before working as a prosecutor, he served as an extern for California Appellate Court Justice Timothy Reardon.

Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Santa Clara University and his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University. He is an active member of the California State Bar. Dan has lectured on claims administration at numerous venues including California Judicial College and seminars held by the California District Attorneys’ Association.

As Senior Vice President & Head of Strategy, Jonathan relies on two decades of experience to facilitate the growth of Verita’s business through assessments focused on client service, business process improvement, re-engineering, and product design. As the head of the Consumer Class Action and Mass Tort divisions in the U.S. and Canada, his primary focus is to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services and to foster deep client relationships. Jonathan’s comprehensive experience helps foster the short- and long-term goals of the company in a rapidly changing industry by developing comprehensive top-down planning needs and delivering agile execution on those initiatives for his clients.

Jonathan has overseen more than 1,500 settlements of varying size and complexity, including the Anthem Inc., Data Breach Litigation, Midland Credit Management Inc., TCPA Litigation, Golden v. Context Logic d.b.a Wish.com Settlement, Experian Data Breach Litigation, Toyota Motor Corp. Unintended Acceleration Litigation, Desjardins Data Breach settlement, and Facebook Biometric Information Privacy Litigation.

Jonathan graduated cum laude from Loyola Marymount University and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
