In his role as Vice President of Technology at Verita, Chase leverages over 12 years of experience where he is responsible for overseeing Trustee and Fiduciary Services (TFS) Operations and both the TFS and Settlement Administration Technology & Development Teams.

With a strong background in user interface development, Chase has a particular focus on supporting bankruptcy trustees and fiduciary clients. His dual passion for programming and business development was evident during his time as Lead Developer at Computershare/KCC for 6 years. Prior to KCC, he spent 4 years as a Web Developer at Title XI. Chase has extensive expertise in web & software development, with a keen eye for complex system design, UX, conversion optimization, domain driven design, application architecture, marketability, SEO, PPC, and eCommerce.

Chase holds an Associate in Arts degree from Crafton Hills College in Yucaipa, CA.

Troy brings two decades of legal experience to his role as a Director of Class Action Services. He helps clients navigate the class action and mass tort administration process from pre-certification through final approval. Prior to joining Verita, Troy was a Class Action and Mass Tort Attorney and a Managing Partner of prominent law firms in Minnesota. His experience of representing tens of thousands of individuals as well as Fortune 500 corporations and businesses in high stakes, multi-million-dollar cases across the United States, provides valuable knowledge and insight into the class action and mass tort industry. This insight allows Troy to provide tailored guidance to any Verita client.

Troy received his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University, School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.

Snow brings over two decades of experience in the class action and financial services industries to the Verita team. As a Vice President of Class Action Services, Snow is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of client initiatives to foster key relationships in the legal industry.

Snow works closely with plaintiffs’ class counsel, defense counsel, and corporate legal counsel providing guidance on class action settlements. Her years of experience in both the financial and legal administration industries allow her to understand the specific needs of clients and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions throughout the engagement. She works with clients at all stages of the administration process in a variety of matters including insurance, financial services, consumer, securities, antitrust, product liability/defect, employment, and environmental cases, and has managed settlements ranging from 80 class members to millions of class members.

Snow is a graduate of the University of Florida Warrington College of Business.
