Our Team

Vanessa brings two decades of chapter 11 experience to her role as Vice President. Vanessa manages aspects of the Operations and Restructuring Support Services (RSS) teams including training, facilitating growth and development, and evaluating performance. She also creates, revises and reviews procedures, policies and materials for the RSS, Operations and Consulting departments.

Vanessa has worked on numerous multifaceted chapter 11 engagements including Delphi, Residential Capital, Kodak, Circuit City, Blockbuster and City of Detroit.

Vanessa graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

As a Vice President of Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS), Suzanne brings over 30 years of industry experience to the Verita TFS Client Services team. Suzanne manages key client relationships, facilitates the growth of new engagements, and works with current clients to ensure they receive exceptional service tailored to the unique needs of the specific matter.

Before joining Verita, Suzanne worked in client relations as a Vice President at IQ7 Technology, Inc. (fka Olofson Technology Partners). Her previous roles include working as a Senior Paralegal for a chapter 7 and 11 trustee and a Relationship Manager at another software and fiduciary services provider.

Suzanne received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from St. John’s University and her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Farmingdale University.
