As Senior Vice President, Doreen brings over 35 years of dedicated bankruptcy experience to her role as Product Owner. She began working in the Clerk’s Office for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida, for eight years before working as a trustee assistant for one of the highest-volume asset-case producing chapter 7 panel trustees for six years. In 2002, she was appointed to the chapter 7 panel of trustees, a role which she held for 21 years before retiring to join Verita in 2023.

Having been a trustee, Doreen relied on Verita’s Trustee & Fiduciary Services software to streamline her work process. Doreen leverages her extensive knowledge and unique perspective to drive the development of innovative solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients with a commitment to client satisfaction and improving efficiency.

Doreen is a member of National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT) and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). She received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting and minor in Computer Information Systems. She has been a licensed CPA in Florida since 2003.

As director of Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS), Josh is responsible for the development of technology solutions for the Verita TFS team. With almost a decade in legal industry experience, Josh oversees and supports all IT systems and activities necessary to trustee’s fiduciary administration of bankruptcy cases.

Over the past 20 years, Josh has worked with companies ranging in size from smaller startups to larger organizations including Microsoft, Visa, and Disney. With his seasoned experience in systems analysis and design, he has successfully overseen and supported teams in providing strategic, innovative, and effective technology solutions across multiple industries.

Josh is a Microsoft Certified developer. He studied Computer Science at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

As a Vice President of Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS), Tim brings over 30 years of experience to the Verita TFS team. In addition to training new clients on TFS software, Tim oversees hardware installations and conversions. He is instrumental in ongoing software and sale support.

Prior to Verita, Tim was at TitleXI, a court approved case administration software service that was subsequently acquired by KCC. Before TitleXI, he was a Support Services Manager at a software and fiduciary services provider. Tim has been a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT) since 1995 and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) since 2015.

As an Executive Vice President of Corporate Restructuring and Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS), Rebecca brings two decades of industry experience to the Verita team. Rebecca leverages her broad range of expertise in consumer and corporate bankruptcy matters coupled with specialty fund and depository services to partner with clients seeking fiduciary administration services. She manages the TFS Business Development team along with her key client relationships and facilitates the growth of new client engagements. Prior to Verita, Rebecca worked as the National Account Executive for a software and fiduciary services provider.

Rebecca is an Ambassador board member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT). She is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER), California Receiver’s Forum (CRF), Commercial Receiver’s Association (CRA), INSOL International, American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), International Women’s Insolvency Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA). In addition, Rebecca serves on several committees with NABT and NAFER.

As Executive Vice President of Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS), Jason brings over 20 years of experience to the Verita TFS Division. Leveraging his expertise in case administration software and software requirements for court approved trustees, Jason ensures Verita clients receive exceptional customer service and experience a smooth transition during conversion periods.

Prior to Verita, Jason was the President and Founder of TitleXI, a court approved case administration software service that was subsequently acquired by KCC. Before founding TitleXI, he was the lead developer for a software and fiduciary services provider.

As a Vice President of Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS), Lisa brings over 20 years of industry experience to the Verita TFS team. She has an established network of relationships throughout the profession and is known for staying in touch with clients long after the initial implementation to ensure continuing success. Lisa leverages her expertise and experience in bankruptcy case administration and banking to provide exceptional service to clients.

Prior to joining Verita, Lisa worked as Vice President at IQ7 Technology, Inc. (fka Olofson Technology Partners) in business development and client services. Her previous roles include holding senior positions in the bankruptcy department at another software and fiduciary services provider and as Vice President at Bank of America.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.

As Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) of Corporate Restructuring and Trustee & Fiduciary Services, Albert drives the strategic direction of the company’s client engagement initiatives. In addition, he oversees the business development professionals who lead regional campaigns to solidify Verita market leadership position in claims administration and noticing solutions.

He brings over two decades of experience to his role at Verita. Prior to his role as SEVP, he served as Vice President of Corporate Restructuring guiding the strategic development and implementation of Verita’s services, maximizing the scope and value of the company’s suite of chapter 11 service offerings.

Previously, Albert represented debtors and official committees in chapter 11 restructuring engagements as an associate in the Restructuring Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. While at the firm’s New York office, he worked on cases including Calpine Corporation, Collins & Aikman Corporation, Solutia, Inc. and Wellman Inc.

Albert was recently recognized by the M&A Advisors for his outstanding contributions to the restructuring industry in their Annual 40 Under 40 Recognition Awards. Admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, he earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. While serving as an editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, he was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. Albert received his Master’s in Public Administration from New York University Robert F. Wagner Graduate School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan.

As Vice President of Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS), Anna brings over a decade of industry experience to the Verita TFS relationship management team. Leveraging her expertise in case management and administration, Anna ensures the delivery of exceptional service to Verita clients. Prior to Verita, Anna worked as an Associate Vice President at a software and fiduciary services provider, and she was an Assistant Administrator to a chapter 7 and 11 Trustee in the Central District of California.

Anna received her Bachelors of Science in Legal Studies from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

As a Vice President, Shawn brings over 30 years of expertise in the insolvency industry to the Verita Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS) team. His multifaceted background directly benefits clients and includes roles such as a Case Administrator, where he served three panel trustees, and as a Business Analyst, Relationship Manager, and Software Trainer.

During his case administration work in the Central District of California, Shawn actively contributed to the Trustee Administrator Group as both a member and an officer. His commitment to excellence extends beyond administrative work. He has presented at user groups and industry conventions, imparting valuable insights to fellow professionals.

Shawn’s dedication to empowering others is evident through his role in training numerous new case management software users. He also provides essential support to new panel appointees. His expertise extends to creating support materials in various formats, enabling clients and peers to master the tools that streamline their work.

As a Vice President of Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS), Pati brings over 35 years of industry experience to the Verita TFS team. Leveraging her broad range of expertise in trustee and fiduciary matters, Pati manages and partners with clients seeking fiduciary administration services, specializing in maintaining accuracy through her knowledge of and constant reference to the Handbook for Chapter 7 Trustees.

Pati’s experience as a Bankruptcy Paralegal includes 16 years as a Trustee assistant, serving as lead in the preparation of statements and schedules for Chapter 11 clients, attending 341(a) meetings on behalf of creditors, several years as Senior Account Manager for a chapter 7 software vendor, and as a business owner focusing on administrative services for chapter 7 trustees.

Angela brings considerable claims and noticing experience to her role as Managing Director. She leads Verita’s Corporate Restructuring disbursement team and coordinates the Trustee & Fiduciary Services client accounts.

Angela received a Masters in Archaeology from the University of California at Los Angeles and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of California at San Diego.

As an Executive Vice President of Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS), Bob brings over 35 years of industry experience and managerial expertise to the Verita team. Bob oversees the development and implementation of strategic banking initiatives that foster client engagement and facilitates the growth of new engagements, as well as managing key banking and client relationships.

Prior to Verita, Bob spent over two decades at J.P. Morgan Chase where he notably served as President of J.P. Morgan Chase Bankruptcy Information Systems, Inc., and Corporate Director for two of the bank’s subsidiaries. Subsequently, Bob joined a fiduciary services provider where he was a co-head of the trustee services division before co-founding IQ7 Technology, Inc. (fka Olofson Technology Partners).

Bob is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT), California Receiver’s Forum (CRF) and American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). He received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Computer Science at Pace University in New York and attended various special studies at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.
