Kathy brings over 35 years of industry experience as a Director on the Verita Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS) team. Kathy works with Verita clients to ensure they receive exceptional service tailored to the unique needs of the specific matter.

Kathy has worked as a Trustee Administrator for three trustees over the last 30 years in the Los Angeles area. Prior to Verita, Kathy worked as an Account Manager for a software and fiduciary services provider and managed client migrations along with client support.

Kathy is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT), International Women’s Insolvency Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and California Bankruptcy Forum (CBF).

In his role as Vice President of Technology at Verita, Chase leverages over 12 years of experience where he is responsible for overseeing Trustee and Fiduciary Services (TFS) Operations and both the TFS and Settlement Administration Technology & Development Teams.

With a strong background in user interface development, Chase has a particular focus on supporting bankruptcy trustees and fiduciary clients. His dual passion for programming and business development was evident during his time as Lead Developer at Computershare/KCC for 6 years. Prior to KCC, he spent 4 years as a Web Developer at Title XI. Chase has extensive expertise in web & software development, with a keen eye for complex system design, UX, conversion optimization, domain driven design, application architecture, marketability, SEO, PPC, and eCommerce.

Chase holds an Associate in Arts degree from Crafton Hills College in Yucaipa, CA.

As a Senior Managing Director of Corporate Restructuring and Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS), Michelle brings over two decades of industry experience to the Verita business development team. Her expertise in working with clients in a broad range of industries and asset categories and her experience working with top insolvency professionals, has provided her with a keen ability to match her client’s needs with Verita’s service offerings. Michelle manages key client relationships and facilitates the growth of new engagements. Before Verita, Michelle worked as the Director of Business Development for a financial advisory firm, and prior to that, she was a Vice President at a global fiduciary and technology services provider within the Corporate Restructuring industry.

Michelle is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), the TMA Network of Women (TMA NOW), the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) and the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER). Previously, Michelle has served as IWIRC Co-Chair for the Southern California chapter and Events Chair from 2013-2016, President in 2018 for the Southern California Chapter of TMA, Vice President in 2017, and Vice President of Programs from 2014-2016. Additionally, she has sat on the TMA Global Board of Trustees from 2018-2021, served as Co-Chair on the Committee for Membership in the TMA Chicago/Midwest Chapter, and as Co-Chair of the 2023 AIRA Annual Conference. Michelle currently serves as the TMA Global Co-Chair for NOW and has recently been appointed to the 2024 ABI and AIRA regional conference planning committees.

She holds a Political Science and Criminal Justice degree from Texas State University.

As Chief Technology Officer, Brett brings over 25 years of information technology (IT) experience. Brett oversees all aspects of Verita’s IT infrastructure, including cloud and data center services; Settlement Administration Technology/Development Teams and Verita data management.  Brett also directs Operations, Technology, Product Management and Customer Support for the Trustee and Fiduciary Services group. Prior to Verita, he worked as the Head of Operations for TitleXI Software Services, directing all company technology, operations, and support. Before that he was the Director of Investment Operations for Pacific Life Insurance Company directing multiple teams responsible for investment middle and back-office operations, institutional client liability operations, and strategic business and technical integration.

Brett received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine and two Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Economics from the University of Louisville.

As Senior Director of Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS), Gena brings over 25 years of experience to the Verita TFS business development team. Over the span of her career, she has worked closely with bankruptcy trustees and other professional fiduciaries, helping them navigate complex matters to achieve their goals.

Gena has worked closely with the United States Trustee offices nationwide and has developed relationships with many regional offices. As such, she stays current with the latest trends and industry advancements while strengthening her ability to aid clients with the intricacies and nuances needed in today’s ever-evolving marketplace. Collaborating with clients on sophisticated distributions, claims reconciliation, check production, and other case processes, has allowed Gena to apply her analytical and oversight skills to many large-asset, high-profile cases. Gena’s commitment to continued learning enables her to adapt quickly and implement innovative strategies for clients and team members. She takes pride in her ability to lead, execute projects efficiently, and consistently meet or exceed goals.

Gena is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT) and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI).

As a Director of Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS) at Verita, Adam brings nearly two decades of legal industry experience to the TFS business development team. Adam leverages his broad range of banking, real estate and case management experience in consumer and corporate bankruptcy matters to partner with clients seeking fiduciary administration services. Adam manages key client relationships and facilitates the growth of new client engagements.

Prior to Verita, Adam was Director of the Eastern US Region for a software and fiduciary services provider before serving as the Vice President of Bankruptcy of Fiduciary Banking Services for a large Florida-based bank. Following that, Adam was a Director of the Bankruptcy Deal Team for an international commercial real estate marketing and online auction services company.

Adam has also been a member of National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT), Turnaround Management Association (TMA – Florida Chapter board member), National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER), American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), International Women’s Insolvency Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA).

As a Vice President of Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS), Suzanne brings over 30 years of industry experience to the Verita TFS Client Services team. Suzanne manages key client relationships, facilitates the growth of new engagements, and works with current clients to ensure they receive exceptional service tailored to the unique needs of the specific matter.

Before joining Verita, Suzanne worked in client relations as a Vice President at IQ7 Technology, Inc. (fka Olofson Technology Partners). Her previous roles include working as a Senior Paralegal for a chapter 7 and 11 trustee and a Relationship Manager at another software and fiduciary services provider.

Suzanne received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from St. John’s University and her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Farmingdale University.
