Michelle Salazar-Rosenbloom

As a Senior Managing Director of Corporate Restructuring and Trustee & Fiduciary Services (TFS), Michelle brings over two decades of industry experience to the Verita business development team. Her expertise in working with clients in a broad range of industries and asset categories and her experience working with top insolvency professionals, has provided her with a keen ability to match her client’s needs with Verita’s service offerings. Michelle manages key client relationships and facilitates the growth of new engagements. Before Verita, Michelle worked as the Director of Business Development for a financial advisory firm, and prior to that, she was a Vice President at a global fiduciary and technology services provider within the Corporate Restructuring industry.
Michelle is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), the TMA Network of Women (TMA NOW), the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) and the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER). Previously, Michelle has served as IWIRC Co-Chair for the Southern California chapter and Events Chair from 2013-2016, President in 2018 for the Southern California Chapter of TMA, Vice President in 2017, and Vice President of Programs from 2014-2016. Additionally, she has sat on the TMA Global Board of Trustees from 2018-2021, served as Co-Chair on the Committee for Membership in the TMA Chicago/Midwest Chapter, and as Co-Chair of the 2023 AIRA Annual Conference. Michelle currently serves as the TMA Global Co-Chair for NOW and has recently been appointed to the 2024 ABI and AIRA regional conference planning committees.
She holds a Political Science and Criminal Justice degree from Texas State University.
